Podcast Intel is a free podcast tracking tool in public beta. You need an account to use it. We use AI to analyze public podcast data — the AI-generated content (guest names, summaries) may not always be accurate. You can delete your account anytime.
By creating an account or using Podcast Intel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Podcast Intel is an AI-powered podcast tracking platform. We aggregate publicly available RSS feeds and YouTube channels, use artificial intelligence to detect guest appearances and generate episode summaries, and deliver personalized email digests based on your subscriptions.
To use Podcast Intel, you must register with a valid email address or sign in via Google. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Guest detection and episode summaries are generated by AI from public podcast data. This content may contain inaccuracies, misattributions, or errors. Podcast Intel does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Users should verify information independently before relying on it.
Podcast content (audio, video, descriptions) belongs to the respective creators and publishers. Podcast Intel’s platform, design, and AI-generated analyses are the intellectual property of Podcast Intel. You may not reproduce or redistribute our platform content without permission.
Podcast Intel aggregates publicly available RSS feeds and YouTube data. We do not host, store, or stream podcast audio or video. All episode content is accessed directly from the original source. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party feeds.
Email digests are opt-in. You choose your delivery frequency in Settings and can unsubscribe at any time with one click. We will never send unsolicited marketing emails.
Podcast Intel is currently in public beta. The service is provided without a service-level agreement (SLA). Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We make no guarantees of uptime or data retention during the beta period.
You may close your account at any time via the Settings page or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your subscription data will be deleted.
Podcast Intel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podcast Intel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
